The story of "But-e-Aswa" picks up where "Aatshi" ended. In the previous episode, you read about how three different characters navigated their love stories.
"Aatashi" begins with Safir, who is caught in an attack on an army convoy and, upon seeing his former girlfriend abducted, pursues the kidnappers, only to find himself captured. He discovers that the abducted girl wasn't Rimsha, but Ilma, a girl from his rival estate, who had been in love with him while posing as a social media confidante. They are taken to the border region of Afghanistan, where they have a chance to escape, but Ilma is captured and sent as a bribe to Zargham, a Taliban commander in Panjshir. On the basis of some agreement, Safir gets freedom but now he has understood Ilma's love, so he goes to Panjshir with her cousin Owais to rescue her and also reaches Zargam's hideout.
The second story in 'Aatashi' was about Rayyan, who, while trying to escape the same attack, wanders into Ghazal, a Jinn-possessed girl, and is married to her. He then learns that this was pre-planned and that he was the one responsible for rescuing Panjshir from the clutches of the tyrannical Shah Alam, who was in power. Shah Alam initially imprisons them, but when they escape, he imprisons Ghazal's father and sends his assassins after them. After encountering strange, illusory dwarfs in a magical garden, they escape and move on.
The third story of 'Aatashi' was about Aryan, an exiled prince of the Jinn kingdom, who falls in love with Princess Manal, a princess of his own kingdom that has been taken away, but is captured. Then, on the condition of his release, he is sent to a holy city of the Jinns, where he is accused of poisoning Princess Kazima and is forced to flee, taking Manal hostage. On the way, he falls into the hands of a Ghool Omar, who seeks revenge against his father Ghazavi and his close associate Nazar. He takes them hostage and reaches the place where Nazar was held captive, determined to take back his kingdom.
The story continues further in But-e-Aswa... There was a mysterious idol, which, based on its shape and size, represented some unknown creature. The people who reached it also believed that it could be an alien object - but it had the power to fulfill wishes and it was due to its boon that the huge empire of Jinns named Greater Altunia was able to be established... and it was also its curse that that huge empire was slowly getting destroyed due to internal conflict.
On the one hand, the Jinn kingdoms were ready to fight each other, thirsty for each other's blood, and amidst them, a powerful figure was emerging in the form of Shah Alam, who wanted to unite the scattered kingdom and hoist his flag. To stop him, an alliance was also emerging between humans and Jinn. It was also coming into existence, overcoming the challenges from the greenery of Swat to the desert of Afghanistan, reaching the place from where a final path towards reform led – to those times of the past, from where this deterioration had begun.
It fell to the five men to undo the curse associated with the idol and not only restore the kingdom's lost prosperity, but also to correct the current turmoil that was directly affecting their lives. To undo this curse, they must travel centuries back in time—and they do… but other troubles await them. Will they succeed in their mission?
