When all hopes wither away, when every dream shatters, when every promise and belief turns out to be a deceit, and when life reaches a point where even earning a single meal becomes a battle—
then the illusions built upon the propaganda of “WhatsApp universities” and deceptive narratives begin to collapse. Slowly, the fog that had clouded a man’s conscience starts to lift, leaving him ashamed of the person he had become.

Junior Gigolo is the story of a man crushed by circumstances — a man whose world was once different, but whom the storm of reality hurled down to a ground where feeding himself or his family was no longer certain.
When life narrows down to only two choices — suicide or surrender — he chooses the latter, stepping into a world once believed to belong only to women: the world of flesh trade. He becomes a gigolo, trying to carve out a living and an identity in a marketplace of desire.

But that world was far from what it seemed from the outside. Every profession carries its light and shadow — and so did this one.
Amid the global recession and the COVID catastrophe, when millions were losing their jobs, their hopes, and even their lives, there also emerged a privileged class that grew richer, feeding off the chaos. And within that growing economic divide, the demand for male escorts — for gigolos — surged beyond imagination.

Desire knows no gender. It is not only men who are driven by carnal needs; women too, strong and self-reliant, have learned to seek joy on their own terms — even if it must be bought.
In this new social reality, organized networks of such transactions have flourished: spas, clubs, parlors, coffee houses — even open markets in Delhi like Sarojini Nagar, Kamla Nagar, Palika Bazaar, Lajpat Nagar, and Janakpuri District Centre — have become the silent hubs of an underground trade. Trainers, coordinators, agencies, and entire companies now operate in this domain, recruiting new boys for a fixed commission, turning survival into a profession.

As the protagonist walks through this strange, unseen world, he begins to confront not only its moral complexities but also the illusions he once held sacred in the name of religion and purity.
Haunted by guilt and self-loathing, he struggles to correct his mistakes — yet each step towards redemption only leads him into deeper turmoil, into a night that seems endless.
But he does not surrender. He endures, fights, and walks through that darkness until he stands at the threshold of light — cleansed, awakened, and reborn as a better human being — one whose only faith now is humanity itself.
